Friendly staff at first but that's the only postive we had at this store. A bit slow on looking up the account details for us. Looking to upgrade but quickly realized that going through a chain store is a ripoff. After that was out of the window, the salesperson proceeded to advertise us internet and tv. Seen this twice at this chain location. Definitely pushy, try to avoid.

Not helpful at all. Went in for a return covered under the warranty, they made us wait 2 hours for them to do nothing and then gave us a wrong phone number to call saying that number would resolve it. Once in contact with AT&T customer service over the phone, they told us that all the information they needed for a warranty return should of been collected in store, but they never even asked to see my phone. Terribly managed.
