WORST PLACE TO WORK AT. If you are looking for a pay check till another job comes through this the job for you. When you find another job do not give them a notice they will let you go on the spot or a few days later, happen to me and 3 others. They are rude, disrespectful, heartless, will cuss you out and if your not a male don't expect to move up in company or be treated fairly. I worked in the A/R department. Emily Dowell is the A/R manager along side is her husband Dave Dowell. Worst people to work under. Dave works warranty and never does any work. He sleeps at his desk, always on facebook, talks about everyone, can't be trusted, blames everyone else for HIS work not being done, he will leave parts downstairs so he won't have to work, his desk is always a mess making it look like he's busy and Ken IS losing money because of the lazy person he has working for him. Daves excuse for his laziness "that's what happens when you sleep with the boss" Emily Dowell does not know how to be a team player and a manager. All she cares about is her job being secure along with daves. There was never no communication in her department, she never asked if anyone needs help but she will ask her husband. She will go on vacation without making sure her department was caught up with work, she looks down on others like she is better and gossips just like her husband. She will fuss at you about something not being done but the moment dave does the same thing you didn't do it's ok. Dave is suppose to handle the Mcdonald's past due account not once in the amount of time I worked there did he pick up the phone and call any of the past due accounts. Poor donna always busy and behind not once do you hear her manager emily ask her if she needs help. There is no such thing as team work when it comes to the Dowells.
